ARREST: 23RIK3-90-AR LOCATION: RICHMOND On Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 12:59 AM, Troopers out of the Hope Valley Barracks arrested Troy Hardiman, age 47, of 4301 Deerfield Circle, Peabody, Massachusetts for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Shoplifting originating out of the Lincoln Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Lincoln Police Department for arraignment.
