Hope Valley Barracks

On Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 4:08 PM, Troopers Reyes arrested Lenna A. Perri, age 47, of 40 Cornwall Street, Hartford, Connecticut for 1.) Driving After Denial Revocation for Suspension for Certain Violations, and 2.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. Ms. Perri was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the Women's Intake Center where she was held pending morning arraignment at Fourth Division District Court where she will be presented as a bail and probation violator.

On Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 8:15 PM, Troopers arrested Chanel M. Barr, age 42, of 53 Lisbon Street, Providence, Rhode Island for a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference with $1,000 Surety on the original charge of Vandalism originating out of the East Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. Ms. Barr was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed, presented before the Justice of the Peace, and released.

On Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 2:17 AM, Troopers arrested Jonathan Asencio Perez, age 32, of 249 Melvin Place, Fayetteville, North Carolina for 1.) License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol, 2.) Large Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited, 3.) Large Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited, and 4.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. Mr. Perez was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court.

On Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 2:17 AM, Troopers arrested Manuel Rodriguez Angueira, age 31, of 730 Burgoyne Drive, Fayetteville, North Carolina for 1.) License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol, 2.) Large Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited, and 3.) Large Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. Mr. Angueira was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court.
