At 8:53 PM, Troopers arrested Ronald Kapuscinski, age 54, of 7 Brook Street, Apartment #46, North Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Domestic Violence – Disorderly Conduct – Third or Subsequent Offense, and 2.) Intimidation of Witnesses and Victims of Crimes. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and Troopers subsequently locating the subject in the Town of Glocester, under the 24-hour domestic rule. He was transported to the State Police – Scituate Barracks, where he was processed, and held pending arraignment in Third Division District Court, where he will be presented as a bail violator
