At 11:38 PM, Troopers arrested Jacob Hytinen, age 26, of 489 School Street, North Kingstown, RI for Reckless Driving/Eluding. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters for processing and held overnight as a probation violator pending morning arraignment.
