On Friday, May 9, 2025, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Justin Silva, age 46, last known address of 210 Hines Road, Cumberland, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on an original charge of Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle. This arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Department of Corrections Records and Identification Unit and the ACI Investigations Unit. Mr. Silva was arraigned in Third Division Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On Friday, May 9, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Alfonso Delgado, age 42, of 81 Hemond Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, as a  Fugitive from Justice out of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Salisbury Police Department for Larceny over $1,200.00.  The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Delgado was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned in Providence County District Court.

On Friday, May 9, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Mackenzie Williams , age 35, of 197 Sabin Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on the following:  1) Fugitive from Justice out of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Seekonk Police Department for Robbery; 2)  Superior Court Warrant for 2nd Degree Robbery out of the Smithfield Police Department; and 3) Third District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment for Possession of Schedule I-V out of the Warwick Police Department.  The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Ms. Williams was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned in Providence County District Court.
