On Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 2:35 AM, Troopers arrested Fukuk Rahman, age 45, of 112 Magnolia Street, Apartment 1, Boston, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense; 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense, 3.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Killingly Street in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to the State Police – Scituate Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
