On May 27, 2025, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Amanda Torres, age 39, of 16 Clematis Street, Providence, RI for the following: 1.) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses; 2.) Giving False Document to a Public Official; and 3.) Fraudulently Obtaining Public Assistance. Ms. Torres was arraigned in Superior Court and released on $10,000/personal recognizance.

On May 28, 2025, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Tina Levitre, age 46, of, 32 Oak Terrace, Unit #32, Mapleville, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Transmit Bomb Threats and False Reports; 2) Possession of Schedule I - V Controlled Substance - Less than 10 Grams (Methamphetamines); and 3) Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of his Duty. Ms. Levitre was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released pending an appearance in Third Division District Court.

On May 28, 2025, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Dean Sbraccia, age 56, of 223 Central Street, Apartment #R, Saugus, Massachusetts, for Possession of Burglary Tools. Mr. Sbraccia was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released pending an appearance in Third Division District Court.

On May 29, 2025, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Hang S. Ho, age 46, of, 312 North Lake Avenue, Worcester, Massachusetts, for the following: Possession of Schedule I - V Controlled Substance - Less than 10 Grams (Methamphetamine). Ms. Ho was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and released pending an appearance in Third Division District Court.

On May 29, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task and the Newport Police Department arrested Michael L. Plant, age 50, of 33 Halsey Street Apartment 1W, Newport, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Newport Police Department for Sex Offender Registration Violation. Mr. Plant was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Newport Police Department on scene.

On May 29, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task arrested Jesse Pepper, age 41, of 119 Armistice Boulevard, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Pawtucket Police Department for Sex Offender Registration Violation. Mr. Pepper was taken into custody without incident and turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.

On May 29, 2025, members of the Special Victims Unit, with the assistance of members of the Violence Fugitive Task Force, the Hope Valley Barracks, and the Wickford Barracks, arrested Anthony Allen Scott, age 37, of 1510 Westminster Street, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) First-Degree Child Molestation; and 2) Second-Degree Child Molestation (Two Counts). Mr. Scott was processed at State Police Headquarters, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and held at the Adult Correctional Institutions.

On May 30, 2025, members of the RI State Police HIDTA Task Force and the DEA Providence District Office arrested Jose Diaz, age 37, of 326 Webster Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island, for the following: 1. Possession with Intent to Deliver Fentanyl 1oz-1kg; and 2. Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II (Fentanyl). Mr. Diaz was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, where he was processed, and to Sixth District Court for his formal arraignment.

On May 30, 2025, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Anthony Folcarelli, age 64, last known address of 485 Plainfield Street, Providence, Rhode Island for the following: 1.) Conveyance of Unauthorized Articles to/from Institution; and 2.) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V-Less than 10 Grams. Mr. Folcarelli was arraigned in Third Division Court, where he was remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On May 30, 2025, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Jalon Rogers, age 23, last known address of 58 Berkshire Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1.) Domestic Violence - Violation of a No Contact Order. Mr. Rogers was arraigned in Third Division Court, where he was remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On May 30, 2025, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Raymond Silva, age 57, last known address of 114 Wakefield Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for the following: 1.) Simple Assault/ Battery. Mr. Silva was arraigned in Third Division Court, where she was remanded into the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On May 30, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force, the Worcester Police Department and the Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section out of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts arrested Lino Menjivar, age 30, of 443 Power Road, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for the following: 1.) Fugitive from Justice out of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for Murder; 2.) Possession of Firearm by Prohibited Persons; 3.) License or Permit required for Carrying a Pistol; 4.) Modification of a Semi-Automatic Pistol; and 5.) Large-Capacity feeding Devices Prohibited. Mr. Menjivar was taken into custody and transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed. Mr. Menjivar was subsequently transported to Sixth District court for his court proceedings.

On May 30, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task, the Worcester Police Department, and the Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section out of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts arrested Alquan Lema, age 30, of 443 Power Road, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Providence Police Department for Domestic Simple Assault. Mr. Lema was taken into custody without incident, transported to the Lincoln Barracks and turned over to the Providence Police Department.

On May 31, 2025, the Special Victims Unit and the Major Crimes Unit, along with members of the Scituate and Lincoln Barracks, arrested Isaac Rosario, age 20, of 12 Lowell Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the charge of Domestic Violence - Violation of a No Contact Order. Mr. Rosario was transported to State Police Headquarters, arraigned/presented as a bail violator before a Justice of the Peace and then transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Intake Center.
