At 11:15 PM, Troopers arrested Steven Alvarez Gutierrez, age 29, of 90 Lincoln Avenue Central Falls, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1) Domestic- Felony Assault and 2.) Domestic- Disorderly Conduct, originating out of the North Providence Police Department. This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Grace Street in the City of Pawtucket. Alvarez Gutierrez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the North Providence Police Department.
