At 11:23 PM, Troopers arrested Abraham Allison, age 55, of 28 Burnside Street, Cranston, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .10 – .15 – First Offense (Phase I: 0.110% & Phase II: 0.115%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on South County Trail, in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, and remained overnight pending morning arraignment at Fourth Division District Court.
At 12:33AM, Troopers arrested Rene Reyes, age 36, of 118 Tobey Street Fl. 1, Providence, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .10 – .15 – First Offense (Phase I: 0.102% & Phase II: 0.099%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
