At 7:58 AM, Troopers arrested Christopher Mills, age 43, of 636 Main Street, Branford, Connecticut for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance - 10 Grams or Less. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third District Court for Arraignment.
At 3:30 AM, Troopers arrested Thaddeus O. Octalien, age 35, of 7007 Summers Trace Terrace, Chesterfield, Virginia for 1.) High Capacity Feeding Device Prohibited. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 102, in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held for morning arraignment.
