At 10:42 p.m., Troopers arrested Luis Izazaga, age 34, of 64 Hazael Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Thurston Street in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 12:59 a.m., Troopers arrested Constatin Ngankam, age 25, of 18 Winter Ave, Taunton, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Commodore Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 2:01 a.m., Troopers arrested Sheldon Tizon, age 29, of 651 Admiral Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on a 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by the Providence Police Department for Driving After Suspension of License; and a 2.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Status Conference on the original charge of Domestic Violence – Simple Assault and/or Battery originating out the of Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Touro Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
At 2:47 a.m., Troopers arrested Kiara Soares, age 32, of 7 Borden Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash investigation on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 4:37 a.m., Troopers arrested Katelyn Bradley, age 20, of 15 Fermont Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks for Failure to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Vehicle. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by Trooper Stinson and the subject being apprehended by the North Providence Police Department. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
