On Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 5:21 PM, Troopers arrested Seth Debortoli, age 45, of 300 Hawes Street, New Bedford, Massachusetts, for 1.) Reckless Driving – First Offense, 2.) Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown - First Offense, and 3.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to an erratic operator and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. Mr. Debortoli was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Fourth Division District Court date.
On Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 10:54 PM, Troopers arrested Pierre J. Magloire, age 35, of 68 Dover Street, Bridgeport, Connecticut, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
On Sunday, August 24, 2025 at 1:48 AM, Troopers arrested Roody Sanon, age 49, of 125 Phyllis Drive, Patchogue, New York, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Fourth Division District Court.
