At 11:51 PM, Troopers arrested Stanley Lubin, age 41, of 33 Moorefield Street, Providence, Rhode Island for Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Chalkstone Street, in the City of Providence. Lubin was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court Date.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Chalkstone Street, in the City of Providence. Johnson was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court Date.
At 1:13 AM, Troopers arrested Manuel Rivas, age 27, of 56 Lenox Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving while Under the Influence – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – Fist Offense, and 3.) Driving After Suspended/ Revoked/ Cancelled License – Fourth and Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the City of Providence. Rivas was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court date where he will be presented as a Bail Violator
At 4:06 AM, Troopers arrested Joseph Bermudez Colon, age 24, of 30 Howard Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Technical Violation Hearing on the Original Charge of Driving Without Consent of Owner out of the Providence Police Department, 2.) Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance less than 10 Grams (Cocaine), and 3.) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Avenue, in the City of Pawtucket. Bermudez Colon was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
