On Saturday, September 26, 2025 at 12:21 PM, Troopers arrested Walton Warner, age 46, of 7 Dexter Street, Apartment 3, Pawtucket, Rhode Island on a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Counseling Review on the Original Charges of Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Hopkinton. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where was processed and turned over to the ACI Men's Intake Center.
