On October 8, 2025, members of the Intelligence Unit arrested Jason Rodriguez, age 35, of 267 Park Avenue, Apartment #4, Cranston, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Reckless Driving / Drag Racing / Eluding Police; and 2) Obstruction of an Officer in the Execution of Duty. Mr. Rodriguez was taken into custody and later arraigned in Third District Court, where he was presented as a bail and probation violator.

On October 8, 2025, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested James Zitano, age 48, of 100 Pinehurst Avenue, Swansea, Massachusetts, on the following charges: 1) Disorderly Conduct; 2) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty; and 3) Resisting Arrest. Mr. Zitano was taken into custody, transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing and issued a summons to appear in Third Division District Court.

On October 8, 2025, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Enyel Delapaz Pantojas, age 23, of 90 Elbow Street, Bellingham, Massachusetts, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver Over 1 Kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Cocaine; 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver A Schedule II Controlled Substance – Cocaine; 3) Resisting Arrest; and 4) Controlled Substance Conspiracy. Mr. Pantojas was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and then turned over to officials at the ACI Intake Center pending a morning arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.

On October 8, 2025, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Hector Ramos, age 29, of 182 Cumberland Street, Apt. 85, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver Over 1 Kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Cocaine; 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver A Schedule II Controlled Substance – Cocaine; 3) Resisting Arrest; and 4) Controlled Substance Conspiracy. Mr. Ramos was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and then turned over to the ACI Intake Center pending his morning arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.

On October 8, 2025, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Ricardo Salazar, age 56, of 122 Cross Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver Over 1 Kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Cocaine; 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver A Schedule II Controlled Substance – Cocaine; 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver 1 Ounce to 1 Kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; 4) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; 5) Resisting Arrest; and 6) Controlled Substance Conspiracy. Mr. Salazar was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and then turned over to officials at the ACI Intake Center pending a morning arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.
