On Wednesday October 15, 2025, at 10:47 AM, Troopers arrested Nicole Delmonico, age 26, of 648 Smith Street, Apartment #1, Providence, Rhode Island for a 1.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Deferred Sentence Review, on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I – V, originating out of the Cranston Police Department and 2.) Second Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment, on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License – Fourth Offense or Subsequent, originating out of the Jamestown Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street in the City of Providence. Delmonico was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Providence Superior Court for arraignment.
On Wednesday October 15, 2025, at 3:35 PM, Troopers arrested Jose Herpin, age 28, of 15 Maplewood Avenue APT #1, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety- 2nd+ Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Ernest Street in the City of Providence. Herpin was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned/presented as a probation violator by the Justice of the Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.
On Wednesday October 15, 2025, at 5:00 PM, Troopers arrested Melvin Estevez, age 35, of 117 Carolina Ave, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses – Under $1,500 and 2.) Receiving Stolen Goods – Under $1,500. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Estevez responding to the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Estevez was processed and arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.
