At 9:15 PM, Troopers arrested Jovanna Nunez, age 36, of 307 Hunt Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for 1.) Fugitive from Justice out of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant Issued by the Rehoboth Police Department for Larceny – Forgery. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Nunez was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake Center.
At 11:55 PM, Troopers arrested Angelique Cullen, age 43, of 16 Penny Road, Jamestown, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 in the Town of Jamestown. Cullen was transported to the State Police- Wickford Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
