On Thursday October 16, 2025 at 10:55 AM, Troopers assisted by Troopers Gallop and Ellis arrested Nathaly Wagner, age 40, of 24 Hereford Street, Third Floor, Providence, Rhode Island for Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance (Crack Cocaine) – Less Than 10 Grams. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Douglas Avenue in the City of Providence. Wagner was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
On Thursday October 16, 2025 at 5:25 PM, Troopers arrested Ferlandi Aguilar, age 20 of 34 Linwood Drive, Johnston, Rhode Island for 1.) Alteration of Identification Number and 2.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Aguilar turning himself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Aguilar was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.
On Friday October 17, 2025 at 12:12 AM, Troopers arrested Andrea Jodoin, age 36, of 76 Iroquois Road Cumberland, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .10 – .15 – First Offense (Phase I: 0.126% & Phase II: 0.120%). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Goff Avenue in the City of Pawtucket. Jodoin was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
