At 11:42 PM, Troopers arrested Carlos Rivera Aponte, age 38, of 14B, Malden Street, Worcester Massachusetts for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – First Offense, 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146, in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to State Police – Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to a responsible adult pending a future Third Division District Court date.
