On Wednesday October 22, 2025, at 10:41 PM Troopers arrested Emanuel Pacheco Berrocales, age 29, of 78 Sumner Avenue Apartment #1, Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs – BAC Unknown – Second Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Barton Street, in the City of Pawtucket. Pacheco Berrocales was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On Thursday October 23, 2025, at 4:15 AM Troopers arrested Josue Rivera, age 45, of 330 Maureen Circle, Mapleville, Rhode Island for 1.) Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident Resulting in Bodily Injury, 2.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty, and 3.) Reckless Driving. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a wrong way driver and subsequent motor vehicle accident on Route 6, in the City of Providence. Rivera was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.
