At 9:53 p.m., Troopers arrested Anna Bailey, age 40, of 126 Tollgate Road, Apartment 17, Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Eluding Law Enforcement in a Vehicle in High-Speed Pursuit – First Offense; and 2.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense. The arrest was the result of an investigation into a vehicle that failed to stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick, followed by a later apprehension on Victory Highway in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed and held pending arraignment in Third Division District Court, where she will be presented as a bail violator.
At 11:00 p.m., Trooper arrested Zenobia Seyon, age 43, of 83 Ocean Street, Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Fraudulent Checks
