At 4:00 a.m., Troopers arrested Caroline Milka, age 28, of 98 Blaisdell Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of Peace, and released pending a future Third Division District Court date.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of Peace, and released pending a future Third Division District Court date.
