On Monday October 27, 2025, at 10:35 AM, Troopers arrested Johana Sical, age 33, of 103 Harriet Street Apt 1, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit & Arrest Warrant on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Dudley Street in the City of Providence. Sical was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Providence Police Department.
On Monday October 27, 2025, at 11:30 AM, Troopers arrested Alex Larson, age 35, of 823 Pleasant Street, Worcester, Massachusetts for 1.) Felony Assault and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and Larson turning himself in at into the Barracks. Larson was processed and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
On Tuesday October 28, 2025, at 1:21 AM, Troopers arrested Angel Merced, age 50, of 341 Friendship Street, Floor 1, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance (Crack Cocaine) – Less Than 10 Grams and 2.) Driving with Expired License or Without License – 4th Plus Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Lynnwood Avenue in the City of Providence. Merced was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment/presentment as a bail violator at Sixth Division District Court.
