On Tuesday October 28, 2025, at 4:45 PM, Troopers arrested Kevon C. Stevens, age 27, of 2910 Grants Lake Boulevard, Sugarland, Texas on a Fugitive from Justice warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Felony Assault - Employee of Jail out of the State of Texas. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Sixth Division District Court and taking Stevens into custody. Stevens was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.
On Tuesday October 28, 2025, at 11:46 PM, Troopers arrested Brianna Serapiglia, age 25, of 9 Wilson Avenue, Johnston, Rhode Island for Driving with a Suspended/Revoked Cancelled License – Certain Violations. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Providence. Serapiglia was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.
On Wednesday October 29, 2025, at 12:37 AM, Troopers arrested Richard Hiraldo, age 26, of 23 Kinfield Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Providence Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for the original charge of Passing of Counterfeit Certificates originating out of the Johnston Police Department and 2.) Providence Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for the original charge of Forgery and Counterfeiting originating out of the Johnston Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 West in the City of Providence. Hiraldo was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.
On Wednesday October 29, 2025, at 1:10 AM, Troopers arrested Christopher Charbonnier, age 38, of 83 Main Street, East Haddam, Connecticut for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mineral Spring Avenue in the Town of North Providence. Charbonnier was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court.
