At 9:15 AM, Troopers arrested David Petrucci Jr., age 58, of 1690 Plainfield Pike, Apt. #109, Johnston, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1.) Fraudulent Checks - Over 1,500. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation by Trooper Cooper and Mr. Petrucci subsequently turning himself in to State Police - Headquarters. Petrucci was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
