Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 9:39 AM, Troopers arrested Luiz Pimental, age 30, of 224 Long Street, Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1) three (3) Third Division District Court Bench Warrants for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License and 2) a Providence Family Court Bench Warrant for a Reciprocal Body Attachment for a non-Criminal Charge. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the ACI – Men's Intake Center.

At 9:59 AM, Troopers arrested Giny Pierce, age 28, of 180A Canal Street, Westerly, Rhode Island for Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation by Troopers and locating the subject at her residence and subsequently taking her into custody. Pierce was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third District Court date.

At 1:21 AM, Troopers arrested Shane Millerick, age 33, of 171 Trapelo Road, Waltham, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C Unknown 1st Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln. Millerick was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barrack where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a Notice to Appear in Third Division District Court.

At 1:26 AM, Troopers arrested Emmett Blyden, age 55, of 91 Hartford Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C Unknown 1st Offense 2.) Refusal to Submit a Chemical Test and 3.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Chalkstone Avenue in the City of Providence. Blyden was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight as a probation violator.
