At 1:45 AM, Trooper Moretti arrested Soleil Rodriguez, age 32, of 633 Douglas Avenue, Apt 1, Providence, Rhode Island on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Rhode Island State Police Wickford Barracks. This arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Route 99 in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third District Court date.
