At 9:18 AM, Troopers arrested Edualdo D. Viruet, age 26, of 101 Althea Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol or Revolver, and 2.) Large Capacity Feeding Device (Two Counts). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barrack,s where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 11:42 AM, Troopers arrested Yazmin Rivera, age 49, of 570 Warren Street, Dorchester, Massachusetts, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the North Providence Police Department for 1.) Domestic Violence Violation of No Contact Order – 1st Offense 2.) Domestic Simple Assault – 1st Offense and 3.) Domestic Disorderly Conduct -1st Offense. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed and transported to the North Providence Police Department.
