On Monday November 3, 2025, at 11:05 AM, Troopers arrested Monica Dacosta, age 34, of 28 Apollo Road, Apartment 4D, East Providence, Rhode Island for Obstruction of a Police Officer in Execution of Duty. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Dacosta turning herself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Dacosta was processed and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
On Monday November 3, 2025 at 4:00 PM, Troopers arrested Yvonne Telles, age 40, of 37 6th Avenue, Apartment #3, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1.) Disorderly Conduct, 2.) Obstruction of a Police Officer in Execution of Duty, 3.) Resisting Legal Arrest, 4.) Leaving the Scene of an Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicles, 5.) Simple Assault and/or Battery, and 6.) Vandalism. This arrest was the result of a hit and run accident that occurred on Route 146 in the City of Providence. Telles was transported to the Scituate Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.
On Monday November 3, 2025, at 5:00 PM, Troopers arrested Paul Keenan, age 55, of 45 E 164th Street, Bronx, New York as a Fugitive from Justice on the original charge of Forgery, originating out of the Sanford Maine Police Department. This was the result of Troopers taking custody of Keenan at the Wyatt Detention Facility. Keenan was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
On Monday November 3, 2025 at 7:30 PM, Troopers arrested Nicholas Morin, age 36 of 143 of Grove Avenue, East Providence, RI for Driving with Suspended, Revoked, Cancelled - Certain Violations. This arrest was a barracks investigation and Morin being apprehended by East Providence Police Department. Morin was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.
On Tuesday November 4, at 12:18 PM, Troopers arrested Tony Lopes age 40, of 71 Warren Avenue, Apt. 3, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I to V (Cocaine) – Under 10 Grams and 2.) Possession of a Schedule I to V (Adderall) – Under 10 Grams. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Pine Street in the City of Pawtucket. Lopes was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment/presentment as a bail violator at Sixth Division District Court.
