At 1:00 PM, Troopers arrested Yoey Breton, age 40, of 719 16TH Street, Virginia Beach, Virginia, for 1) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Larceny, originating out of the Central Falls Police Department, 2) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Trial on the original charge of Felony Assault and or Battery, originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department, 3) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving Without Consent of Owner, originating out of the Smithfield Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the ACI – Men's Intake Center.
At 1:45 PM, Troopers arrested Freysi Perez Arroyo, age 44, of 59 Marion Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1) Providence Family Court Bench Warrant for a Reciprocal Body Attachment for a non-Criminal Charge. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the ACI – Men's Intake Center.
At 3:43 AM, Troopers arrested Dominque Mattoon, age 32, of 167 Ten Rod Road, Apt. B, North Kingstown, RI for an active Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Domestic Violence – Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Nooseneck Hill Road in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake Center pending arraignment.
