On Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 1:28 AM, Troopers arrested Andrew Dutton, age 35, of 1571 Main Street, Apartment 21C, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for Domestic – Violation of a No Contact Order – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Nestor Street, in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center
