ARREST: 2025-159043 LOCATION: JOHNSTON
At 6:19 PM, Troopers arrested Julio Jimenez, age 33, of 47 Hope Street Apt. 2, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - 1st Offense - BAC Unknown, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test of Breath. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a call for an erratic operator and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Killingly Street in the Town of Johnston. Mr. Hernandez was transported to State Police Scituate Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult with a future Sixth Division District Court Date.
7) ARREST: 2025-1590132 LOCATION: JOHNSTON
At 12:16 AM, Troopers arrested Byron Cruz Reyes, age 40, of 7 Young Avenue Apt. 3, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - 1st Offense - BAC Unknown, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test of Breath. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 West in the Town of Johnston. Mr. Cruz Reyes was transported to State Police Scituate Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court Date.
7) ARREST: 2025-1590174 LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 2:49 AM, Troopers arrested Raymond Grundy, age 44, of 136 Daniel Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1) Possession of a Controlled Substance I-V – Less than 10 Grams (Clonazepam) and 2) Receiving Stolen Goods – Less than $1500. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. Mr. Grundy was transported to State Police Scituate Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center where he was pending arraignment as a probation violator.
