At 12:05 PM, Troopers arrested Hattie Henderson, age 34, of 31 Boldwater Road, Edgartown, Massachusetts for 1.) Reckless Driving and 2.) Possession of a Scheduled I to V Controlled Substance (Amphetamines) – Less Than 10 Grams. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Douglas Avenue in the City of Providence. Ms. Henderson was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
At 9:22 PM, Troopers arrested Tyrell Germain, age 18, of 215 Illinois Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island for a Family Court Juvenile Bench Warrant for Conspiracy- Wayward/Disobedient. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street in the City of Central Falls. Germaine was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the ACI Training School.
At 10:45 PM, Troopers arrested Wellington Williams, age 43, of 104 Warrington Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Domestic Violence-Violation of a Protection Order- 3rd + Offense and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a disturbance and Troopers subsequently locating the suspect vehicle on Manton Avenue in the City of Providence. Williams was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight as a Bail Violator.
At 10:45 PM, Troopers arrested Nicole Mcleod, age 35, of 25 King Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor– First Offense (Phase I: .253% and Phase II: .267%). The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a disturbance and Troopers subsequently locating the suspect vehicle on Manton Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Headquarters where she was processed and held overnight as a probation violator.
