At 11:10 PM, Troopers arrested Brittany Chambers Scott, age 25, of 56 Saint Joseph Street, Fall River, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. .15 or Greater– First Offense ( Phase I: 0.159, Phase II: 0.148). This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Scott was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 4:51 AM, Troopers arrested Jonathan Miranda, age 28, of 29 Magdalene Street, Providence, Rhode Island for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant originating out of the Providence Police Department for the original charge of Violation of No Contact Order – Domestic. This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Tower Hill Road in the Town of North Kingstown. Miranda was transported to the Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
