On Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 3:05 AM, Troopers arrested Luis Hernandez, age 40, of 627 Cranston Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on the charge of Breaking & Entering originating out of the Providence Police Department, 2.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on the charge of Breaking & Entering originating out of the Providence Police Department, 3.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on the charge of Breaking & Entering originating out of the Providence Police Department, 4.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on the charge of First-Degree Sexual Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department and 5.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I to V originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street, in the City of Providence. Hernandez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
