On Friday, November 14, 2025 at 8:05 PM, Troopers arrested Donnel Smith, age 58, of 417 Pine Street, Providence, Rhode Island for a Family Court Bench Warrant for Reciprocal Body Attachment for a Non-Criminal Charge. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Quaker Lane in the Town of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute – Men's Intake.
