On Saturday, November 16, 2025, at 10:45 PM, Troopers arrested Justin Harrington age 35 of, 14 Pierce street, Westerly, Rhode Island, for Violation of a Domestic Violence No Contact Order - First offense. The arrest was the result of an investigation of a Domestic Violence 24 Hour Rule at 14 Pierce Street, Westerly, Rhode Island. Harrington was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight as a 32F probation violator.
