On Sunday November 16, 2025 at 5:16 PM, Troopers arrested Gerson Fernandez Estrada, age 41, of 27 Arlington Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs- B.A.C Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was a result of Troopers responding to a disabled vehicle on Route 10 South in the City of Providence. Fernandez Estrada was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
On Sunday November 16, 2025, at 9:29 PM, Troopers arrested John Meketsy, age 66, of 29 Bellevue Avenue, Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - B.A.C Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to reports of an erratic operator on Route 146, in the Town of Lincoln. Meketsy was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
On Sunday November 16, 2025 at 10:26 PM, Troopers arrested Marissa Giordano, age 32, of 950 Danielson Pike, North Scituate, Rhode Island for Leaving the Scene of an Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 95, in the City of Providence. Giordano was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment/presentment as a bail violator at Sixth Division District Court.
