On Sunday, November 16, 2025 at 4:00 PM, Troopers arrested Bryan St. Fleur age 28 of, 1707 Nostrand Avenue Apt. #3, Brooklyn, New York, for 1) Identity Fraud- 1st Offense 2) Receiving Stolen Goods>10,000 3) Conspiracy- Felony and 4) Conspiracy- Felony. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation. St. Fleur was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks by the Rhode Island Sheriffs, processed, arraigned by the Justice of The Peace and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution.
