On Monday, November 17, 2025, at 9:08 PM, Troopers arrested Brandon K. Pacheco, age 38 of, 63 Niblick Circle, Apt. 3, Coventry, Rhode Island for Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance - Under 10 Grams (Adderall). The arrest was the result of Troopers investigating a disabled motor vehicle on Route 102 in the Town of Exeter. Mr. Pacheco was transported to the State Police-Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Fourth Division District Court.
