On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 10:40 PM, Troopers arrested Robert A. Gencarella, age 27, of 275 Waterman Hill Road, Greene, Rhode Island, for 1.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney (09/09/25) on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I – V Controlled Substance out of the West Warwick Police Department, 2.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre Trial Conference (10/06/25) on the original charge of Driving with Suspended License out of the Cranston Police Department, 3.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference (10/17/25) on the original charge of Driving with Suspended License out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Toll Gate Road in the City of Warwick. Mr. Gencarella was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to the ACI – Men's Intake Center.at 9:08 PM, Troopers arrested
