At 2:19 PM, Troopers arrested Diondre Watson, age 26 of 33 Nicholas Brown Yards, Providence, RI for 1.) Simple Assault and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of a Troopers responding to the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal for Capitol Police advising the subjects were in custody as a result of an assault. The subject was transported back to State Police Headquarters for processing and later released by Justice of the Peace and given a future 3rd District Court date.
At 2:19PM, Troopers arrested Jason Marte, age 24, of 12 Massie Avenue, Providence, RI for 1.) Simple Assault and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal for Capitol Police advising the subjects were in custody as a result of an assault. The subject was transported back to State Police Headquarters for processing and was transported to the ACI – Mens Intake where he was held overnight pending morning presentment as a bail/probation violator at Third Division District Court.
At 12:30 AM, Troopers arrested Richard Pezzuco, age 60, of 14 Surrey Drive, Johnston, Rhode Island for 1.) Leaving the Scene of an Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident that had occurred on Route 295 North in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
