At 4:00 PM, Troopers arrested Kasara Borden, age 38, of 100 Wayne Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Leaving the scene of an accident resulting in damage to an attended vehicle and 2.) Driving with Suspended License- Fourth and Subsequent Offense. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Borden being located by the Providence Police Department. Borden was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.
