On November 19, 2025, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Theresa Perry, age 56, of 75 Moccasin Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island, for the following: 1.) Embezzlement and Fraudulent Conversion; 2.) Embezzlement and Fraudulent Conversation; 3.) Access to a Computer for Fraudulent Purposes; and 4.) Access to a Computer for Fraudulent Purposes. Ms. Perry was transported to Rhode Island State Police Headquarters where she was processed and to Third Division District Court, where she was arraigned, issued $3,000 surety bail and held as a Superior Court Bail Violator.
