On Friday, November 21, 2025, at 7:15 AM, Troopers arrested Isaiah Monteiro, age 21, of 145 Lexington Avenue, North Providence, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic Violence – Violation of a Protection Order originating out of the Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of an investigation and Monteiro surrendering himself to the Barracks. Monteiro was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned at the Third Division District Court.
On Friday, November 21, 2025, at 11:46 PM, Troopers arrested Angel Pacheco Aguilar, age 25, of 34 Parker Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs with a BAC .10-.15 (Phase I BAC = .134; Phase II BAC = .132). This arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Andrew Ferland Way, in the City of Pawtucket. Aguilar was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending presentment/arraignment as a Bail Violator.
