On Monday, November 24, 2025 at 12:25 AM, Troopers arrested James Garcia, age 48, of 208 Narragansett Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 North in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
On Monday, November 24, 2025 at 3:16 AM, Troopers arrested Madison Nunes, age 23, of 16 Chapel Ter, Apt 16, Newport, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .10 - .15 – First Offense (Phase I: .137%, Phase II: .118%) the arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
