On Monday, November 24, 2025 at 9:56PM, Troopers arrested Fernando Taveras, age 37, of 3595 Post Road, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor BAC - .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I .167%, Phase II .169%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
