On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 1:35 AM, Troopers arrested Marcos A. Rivera, age 24, of 10 Preston Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Warwick. Mr. Rivera was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date.
