At 9:40 PM, Troopers arrested James O'Connor, age 61, of 45 Larch Drive, Coventry, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drug – BAC Unknown - First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the B.A.T. Mobile for processing and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date.
At 2:40 AM, Troopers arrested Michael Baez, 34, of 44 Blur Ledge Drive, Roslindale, Massachusetts, for Driving After Suspension of License – Certain Violations. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight as a bail violator.
