At 3:07 PM, Troopers arrested Neil Young, age 48, of 569 Smithfield Road, North Providence, Rhode Island on an active Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Shoplifting out of the Johnston Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Smithfield Road in the Town of North Providence. Young was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.
